Wire Belts
Hex Mesh
Hex Mesh Belts are meticulously manufactured by connecting consecutive bent wire strands with specialized clips to form 2-row modules with precisely engineered hexagonal apertures. This unique design features extremely large and uniformly spaced apertures, allowing for efficient sorting and transportation of items of specific sizes. Available in two variations: Standard and Rod Reinforced.
Applications
Hex Mesh Belting is created by weaving pre-formed wire strands into a tight, interlocking hexagonal pattern, resulting in a consistently flat and smooth carrying surface. Its defining feature is its uniform apertures, making the belt exceptionally well-suited for applications requiring precise sizing, grading, or the elimination of small items. Constructed with thicker wire for a sturdy structure, the belt is typically friction-driven.
